Andrew has nearly twenty years of private equity experience. He was most recently a Partner at Silver Oak Services Partners, a Chicago-based lower middle market private equity firm, where he spent thirteen years. At Silver Oak, Andrew invested in business, healthcare, and consumer services companies across three institutional funds with over $1 billion in committed capital. He was responsible for and led all aspects of the investment lifecycle (sourcing, due diligence, deal execution, portfolio company management, board leadership, add-on acquisitions, and exit processes). Andrew was active and served on the board of directors of eleven portfolio companies, which completed over forty add-on acquisitions.

Prior to Silver Oak, Andrew was a Vice President at Thoma Bravo, where he sourced and evaluated new investments in business and financial services. Before that, he was a Consultant at Boston Consulting Group, working on growth strategy, M&A strategy, and strategic planning for sponsor-backed and public companies. Andrew began his investing career as an Associate at Willis Stein & Partners, a Chicago-based lower middle market private equity firm, and started his professional career as an Analyst in the Financial Institutions Group at Goldman Sachs.

Andrew holds an MBA in Finance, Accounting, and Marketing from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University and a BA in Economics from Middlebury College, where he graduated magna cum laude.

Andrew currently serves on the board of directors of CCS Facility Services, Beary Landscaping, Caring People, and Launch Entertainment.

He lives in Wilmette, Illinois with his wife and two daughters.
